A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a bus filled with the Cedar Rapids Prairie cross country team, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 67 year old Timothy Kohler was arrested by the Iowa State Patrol on the morning of November 1st and charged with Indecent Exposure. They allege Kohler passed a charter bus carrying the team twice with his pants down and was masturbating. Kohler argued that he was holding his genitals to keep from urinating. All but one of the kids on the bus were under the age of 18.
