A Maynard man has been arrested on a pretrial violation. 26 year old Joseph Kane was taken into custody last week by the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. In August Kane was caught driving while his license was revoked. In that case he was also charged with Eluding, OWI, Interference With Official Acts, Reckless Driving, and most notably, Violation of No-Contact Order. He has allegedly again violated that no-contact order and has also been charged with Domestic Abuse Assault With Intent to Inflict Serious Injury. He bond was set at $5,000, cash only.
