A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a teenage girl, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 24 year old Andrew Peters was taken into custody Thursday and charged with Enticing a Minor, Possession of a Depiction of a Minor in a Sex Act and third degree Sexual Abuse. Peters allegedly met the girl on Snapchat, where he allegedly asked her for nude pictures. On December 20th he allegedly picked her up at her home and brought her back to his home where they had sex. His bond has been set at $10,000.
