A Waterloo teenager has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing three Decorah children several times a week for four years, according to KCRG. 18 year old Isaiah Yos-Eddy turned himself in to the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office on Friday. The sheriff’s office says he admitted to having sex with the three children, all under the age of 12, several times every week from 2019 to 2023. The investigation opened after the children told their parents about the abuse. It is unclear what Yos-Eddy’s connection to the children may be. He has been charged with eight counts of Sex Abuse of Children Under the age of 12.
