An 18 year old has been arrested forallegedly breaking into a convenience store in Waterloo and stealing beer, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police responded to an alarm at the BP gas station on East Mitchell Avenue yesterday morning around 12:35. When they arrived on scene they found the glass front door shattered open. Not far away they found Mike Note walking with four Steel Reserves. He matched the description of the intruder on the store’s surveillance video and was taken into custody. He has been charged with third degree Burglary, second degree Criminal Mischief, and Public Intoxication.
