Ron Steele will leave KWWL later this month after more than 50 years with the station. Steele began at KWWL as the Sports Director in 1974 before moving to the evening anchor role. He became a stalwart reporting on news in northeast Iowa and beyond and the most recognizable piece associated with KWWL. Steele’s final day will be Thursday, February 27th.
