A Cedar Falls physician assistant is facing another charge of sexual abuse, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 59 year old James Haag has been charged with third degree sexual abuse and Assault With Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. In September of 2023 a breast cancer survivor was seen by Haag. During that visit he allegedly had the woman undress and touched her vaginal area. He was already facing two counts of 3rd degree Sexual Assault, two counts of Assault With Intent to Commit Sexual Assault, and three counts of Assault. In January, the Iowa Board of Physician Assistants suspended his license stating that he was “an immediate danger.”
