Police are looking for a Waterloo man who escaped from the Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility on Friday, according to KCRG. 23 year old Elijah Lewis had only been at the residential facility since February 5th. He was serving a sentence of up to 25 years for robbing a convenience store when he was 16. He also pointed a handgun at a female relative and then clubbed her with weapon, also when he was 16. He is described as standing 6 feet 1inch tall and weighing 228 pounds. Anyone who sees Lewis is asked to contact police.
