A Waterloo man has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself at the Waterloo Public Library, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 24 year old Benjamin Grandon was banned from the library for 30 days on Monday after staff allegedly caught him masturbating. He then allegedly returned on Tuesday. Staff called police, who then placed Grandon under arrest. Both incidents were apparently caught on security cameras at the library. Grandon has been charged with Indecent Exposure and Trespassing.
