A Cedar Falls couple came home to find their house on fire Tuesday morning. The catch? They had just finalized the sale of the home they had lived in for 17 years. Bryan and Christy Butcher lost everything in the fire that took just minutes to destroy the home. The State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire. The couple still plans on moving into their new home, but with no belongings. The Butcher’s daughters have created a Gofundme page to help their parents with the loss.
