The Waverly Shell Rock School District has announced their new Associate Principal at the high school. John Hubbard has been an educator for over 12 years. He is currently a sixth grade instructional strategist and special education teacher at the middle school. The district says while he has been at the middle school he has been instrumental in mentoring teachers and leading building-wide professional development. Hubbard began his career in the Waterloo Community School District, teaching at both George Washington Carver Academy and Bunger Middle School. He holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from UNI and maintains licensure as a PK-12 Principal and Special Education Supervisor.
