An Oelwein man was arrested in the early morning hours of Saturday after the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a vehicle driving all over the road on K Avenue near Highway 3. A deputy responded to the area and located the vehicle. After an investigation 25 year old Kaleb Dripps was taken into custody and charged with Driving on the Wrong Side of a Two Way Highway and OWI- 1st Offense.
