Three people were arrested yesterday as a result of a search warrant in Oelwein. 47 year old Misty Cook was charged with Conspire with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Methamphetamine, Conspire with Intent to Manufacture or Deliver Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Cook is the mother of Lyric Cook-Morrissey, who was abducted from Evansdale along with her cousin, Elizabeth Collins, in the Summer of 2012. The bodies of both were later found in a remote section of Bremer County near Readlyn. 31 year old Zackery Frazer of Oelwein faces the same charges while 52 year old Regina Larsen was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, first offense and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
