A Tripoli man has admitted to having and sharing child pornography, according to KCRG. 23 year old Austin Kingsbury pled guilty on Friday to a charge of Distributing and Possessing Child Pornography. He had visual depictions of child porn on his phone between December of 2022 and June of 2023 and shared those visual depictions with others between August of 2022 and June of 2023. He faces between five and 40 years in prison when he is sentenced at a later date. He could also face fines, special assessment taxes, and post-prison supervision.
