3rd Avenue Northwest in Waverly will be closed on Wednesday beginning at 7:00 a.m.. The city water department will replace three valves. Preparations for closure will begin on Tuesday. Due to the water work, which is just north of the former West Cedar Elementary, the public library will be closed on Wednesday.
