The Bremer Avenue Bridge replacement project had been delayed due to the second most July rainfall in recorded history in the state.
DOT Field Services Coordinator Pete Hjelmstad shares the best case scenario for the work in August.
Hjelmstad said, as of now, the project’s end date is still November 28th.
