The Fall Leaf and Yard Waste Collection in Waverly will begin Monday. Leaves and yard waste must be placed in biodegradable bags, plastic bags will not be picked up. Brush and sticks must be tied in bundles that are no larger than four feet in length, 1 ½ feet in diameter and weigh no more than 50 lbs. Bagged leaves and bundled sticks should be placed at the front curb on your regular garbage day by 7:00 a.m. This collection will last until November 21st.
