Concrete is expected to be poured on the Bremer Avenue Bridge in Waverly throughout the day Thursday. Croel Redi-Mix will utilize Cedar Lane to bring the concrete to the bridge. The Waverly Police Department suggests avoiding Cedar Lane Thursday and if you use it to expect delays. Anyone hoping to watch the concrete being poured is asked to use Kohlmann Park.
