A contractor will be pouring concrete Monday in the alley behind Newy’s, Crawdaddy Outdoors, and the Wild Carrot, between 2nd Street NE and 3rd Street NE in Waverly. Pedestrians and vehicles will not have access to that alley today or tomorrow. Limited pedestrian access is expected to be restored on Wednesday.
