A Tripoli man has been sentenced to nearly 40 years in federal prison for sexually abusing three children and dealing child pornography. 24 year old Austin Kingsbury pleaded guilty to the charges in June. He photographed himself abusing one of the children and distributed child porn in May of 2023. He also downloaded child porn between August of 2022 and June of 2023. Kingsbury has now been sentenced to 38 years, four months, and 22 days in federal prison. There is no parole in the federal system. The investigation of this case not only included local law enforcement but that of Alaska as well.
