The City of Waverly is reminding motorists to pay attention to the traffic lights downtown as the bridge reopens. Beginning Wednesday morning the traffic signals along East Bremer Avenue at 3rd Street NE and SE and 1st Street NE and SE and at West Bremer Avenue and 1st Street NW and SW will resume normal operation. During the bridge construction those lights were flashing red.
