Two people in Waterloo have been arrested for allegedly stealing a man’s coat and his left flip flop, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The alleged victim was driving in Waterloo on Monday night at around 8:40 with 34 year old Antionette Smith and 51 year old Valentino Clemons also in the vehicle. Out of nowhere Smith allegedly grabbed the victim around the neck. When the victim tried to call 911 Smith began hitting him. The man pulled over and Smith took his coat while Clemons allegedly stole is left Gucci flip flop before fleeing the scene. Both Smith and Clemons have been charged with second degree Robbery.
