A Waterloo man has pleaded to charges stemming from a shooting outside Next Level Bar in July of 2024, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 27 year old Ray McKinney has pleaded guilty to Intimidation With a Weapon, Carrying Weapons, and Reckless Use of a Firearm Causing Serious Injury. He opened fire on three people in a car as the bar was closing on July 7th, of 2024. One occupant, Tre’shawn Robertson was shot in the abdomen. McKinney has also pleaded guilty to Carrying Weapons and Possession of Marijuana in an incident from 2023.
