Gas Prices Up

Gas prices in Iowa have gone up four cents in the last week, according to GasBuddy. The average price for a gallon of gas in the state now sits at $2.54. Prices in the Waverly area are around 15 cents more expensive than that. That $2.54 price is still 42 cents cheaper than a year ago. The national average went up 5 cents in the past week to $2.94.
