Waterloo Police are investigating after a man was found dead inside a pickup outside a clinic on Friday, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A passerby noticed that a man was slumped over inside a red pickup at UnityPoint Clinic Express. Police found a gun inside the truck and they say initial indications point to a possible self-inflicted gunshot wound. The man’s name has not been released to this point and the incident remains under investigation at this time.
