A Charles City woman will go to trial after pleading not guilty to assaulting the father of her child, according to KIMT. 32 year old Dominique Latimore was arrested on February 10th after she allegedly broke into the home of her child’s father and choked him, struck him several times, and grabbed his genitals. She has been charged with first degree Burglary and Domestic Abuse Assault. Latimore’s trial has been scheduled for May 27th.
