A Waterloo man was arrested after allegedly running down a person on a bike with his vehicle, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say 25 year old Dashawn Nash was at the wheel of a Ford Bronco on Sunday afternoon around 1:45 when he chased down and hit a person riding a bicycle in the area of Conger Street and Logan Avenue. Once he hit the victim, who has only been identified as N.K., other people in the Bronco got out and assaulted the N.K. N.K. Suffered a leg injury in the alleged assault. Nash has been charged with Assault While Displaying a Weapon. No other arrests have been made public.
