A Waterloo man was arrested after allegedly walking around the Crossroads area with his genitals out, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A woman called police on Wednesday at around 8:10 p.m. to report that as she was driving in the 1400 block of Oelson Road with her children in the backseat she witnessed a man walking with his genitals sticking out from what was described as a short skirt. When police contacted the man they were able to identify him as 30 year old John Boldon Jr. He was allegedly carrying a half empty bottle of vodka at the time. Boldon has been charged with Indecent Exposure and Public Intoxication.
