A Waterloo man allegedly fondled a girl last summer and has now been arrested, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 41 year old Timothy Bentley Jr. is accused of touching a 12 year old girl’s groin area over her clothing back in June. He then allegedly told the girl not to tell anyone. Police obtained an arrest warrant back in December and have now taken Bentley into custody. He has been charged with Indecent Contact with a Child.
