The popcorn stand in Clarksville will soon be open. Opening day will be Saturday and the stand will stay open through at least Labor Day on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The popcorn stand sits on Main Street in the city park and is operated by volunteers with all proceeds going to community projects and organizations through a grantmaking process each Winter.
