All City of Waverly offices, including the Recycling Center and Yard Waste Site, will be closed on Monday, in observance of Memorial Day. Monday’s garbage and recycling will be collected on Tuesday. Citizens are asked to have their garbage and recycling carts to the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
