A 13 year old has been arrested in Waterloo after allegedly stealing an SUV on Monday afternoon, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police say the 13 year old took a Dodge Journey in the 800 block of Dawson Street. Officers spotted the vehicle at around 1:15 p.m.. The 13 year old refused to stop for police but suffered a flat tire with the SUV coming to a stop near the railroad tracks on Conger Street. The teen was detained a short time later and charged with second degree Theft.
