Motorists in Waverly are being made aware of road construction expected to begin Tuesday. The work will be on T77 and C38 northwest of Waverly. Those roads are also known as Casper Avenue and 210th Street, respectively. There will be one lane of traffic with flaggers on site. Motorists should expect delays and plan accordingly this week.
