Three people have been cited for selling alcohol to minors during a recent round of compliance checks in Cedar Falls, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. As part of the I-PLEDGE program, underage customers, under the supervision of law enforcement officials, attempt to purchase alcoholic beverages. The employees that were cited for selling to minors are Lina Newland of Peppers Grill and Sports Pub, Jazolen High of King Bucks, and Nikola Szlachta of the Pump Haus. All three received a fine of $645 plus surcharge and court costs.
