A Sumner man has been arrested after allegedly being found with methamphetamine and marijuana by Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputies. A deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 59 year old Daryl Jones near the intersection of W Avenue and 100th Street in Westgate at around 11:15pm on Sunday. After an investigation, a probable cause search was conducted on the vehicle. That search discovered what deputies called a distribution amount of meth under the passenger’s seat. They also allegedly found marijuana in the vehicle. Jones has been charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Meth and Possession of a Controlled Substance- Marijuana 3rd offense. He was taken to the Fayette County Jail.
