Heavy rain to the north has led to bloated rivers around the listening area. Most notably the Cedar River at Cedar Falls, which is expected to crest at 91 feet sometime late Sunday night. That would be considered minor flood stage. At that point water affects Big Woods Road south of Dunkerton Road as well as the north parking lot of Island Park. Water will also affect Riverside Drive south of Beech Street, the northern half of Tourist Park and areas of Cottage Row Road. Portions of George Wyth Park will also be affected. No other flooding is expected around the area at this time.
