Cedar Falls Police have arrested a man for allegedly running over the foot of another man, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. Police were called to an apartment building at 722 West 22nd Street at around 10:20 a.m. after Tres Grant allegedly saw 30 year old Brett Wray inside Grant’s Dodge Durango. When Grant went to confront Wray, he allegedly got into his Oldsmobile Bravada and pulled away, running over Grant’s foot and hitting the Durango in the process. Police eventually found Wray in the College Square Mall parking lot. He has been charged with third degree Burglary, Leaving the Scene of an Injury Accident and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
