A portion of 10th Avenue SW in Waverly buckled Monday. The eastbound lanes in front of Outset Skin Studio buckled due to the recent heat wave. The left lane is currently blocked off. Drivers in that area are encouraged to use extra caution. Something similar appears to have happened in the southbound lanes on 4th Street SW near Jerry Roling Motors. That area remains open at this time but caution is advised.
