The City of Waterloo has filed a civil nuisance action against a bar because of a string of fights outside the building recently, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. The City filed the action against Lounge Bar LLC, which operates Vulture Lounge, formerly known as and signs still identify it as El Coyote Cantina on Lafayette Street. The suit coms after police were called to fights outside the bar on May 9th, June 13th, July 27th, and August 2nd. It is unclear when the case may be heard.
