The outside lane of 4th Street SW in Waverly in front of Applebees remains closed. Crews closed down the outside lane so they could cut into the concrete to make repairs after water began gushing into the roadway. The concrete will need to be replaced before the road reopens. The entrance to Walmart is still accessible.
