The owner of Posh Tobacco and Vape on University Avenue in Cedar Falls has been arrested on drug charges, according to KWWL. 49 year old Muhammad Qamer has been charged with Prohibited Acts Related to the Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession of Controlled Substances. The investigation into Qamer began after police say they received numerous citizen complaints and failed tobacco compliance checks. The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services Division of Compliance also conducted compliance checks at the store. The investigation remains active.
