Around 6:15 a.m., Tuesday the Black Hawk County Sheriffs received a report of a car n the ditch in the 8700 block of Kimball Avenue. The occupants of the car were nowhere to be found.
They then responded to an alarm call in the 8800 block of Kimball Avenue around 8 a.m.
Someone was able to get into a storage building. After a search involving a Waterloo Police K-9, a person was found hiding in the weeds. Another person is being looked for.
At this time no names are being released and the case remains under investigation with charges pending.
