Bremer Avenue in Waverly will be under construction beginning Monday, March 28, for the box culvert demolition. Once the demolition has begun, parts of Bremer Avenue will be closed off for two to three months. Waverly City Engineer Mike Cherry says drivers will have to detour around Bremer until it is completed in early June.
