It’s the time of year for the maximum yield for harvesting at the Community Sharing Gardens in Waverly, and volunteers would be appreciated.
Leisure Services Director Tab Ray encourages anyone and everyone to come out and lend a hand:
Work days for the Community Sharing Gardens are Tuesdays from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00-11:00 a.m. and are located between 5th and 6th Avenues on 2nd Street SW.
