A Waterloo man charged with killing a toddler now faces two counts of violating a no-contact order after authorities say he phoned and sent letters to the child’s mother from jail. The Courier reports 23-year-old Walter Cordell Williams was charged Tuesday. Williams is also charged with first-degree murder for the July 8 death of 4-year-old Jaheem Harris.
