The Waterloo Police Department responded to a report of someone shot in the 100 block of Western Avenue at 10:45 p.m. Sunday. Officials say one person was shot and taken to the hospital by a private car with unknown injuries. At least one car in front of 114 Western Avenue was hit multiple times by bullets.
