On Monday evening Terry Hinrichs went before the Waverly City Council to talk about his efforts to raise money for Champions Ridge.
While he came up short of his goal of $1 million by the end of 2018 he had this to say.
Champions Ridge was given a fundraising extension to March 18th by the council.
