Waterloo Police have arrested a man they believe is responsible for multiple car break ins, according to KWWL. 19 year old Chistopher Barbour was arrested in the early morning hours on Sunday. Someone in the 200 block of Summit Ave noticed a man they believe to be Barbour trying to break into their vehicle. When police arrived they found several other vehicles on that block had also been broken into. Once they located Barbour he fled on foot but was quickly caught by police. While it has not been confirmed, it is possible there is a second suspect involved in the break ins. Police also say Barbour may be connected to an earlier string of car break ins. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
