Tests to confirm COVID-19 are extremely limited in the state of Iowa. These tests are limited to hospitalized patients with no other diagnosis, older adults with fever and respiratory symptoms, those with immunodeficiency, those who live in congregate spaces like dorms or prisons, and essential services personnel.
