The Waverly Health Center will be hosting a talk on Advanced Care Planning Tuesday, June 18 from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in Tendril’s Rooftop Garden.
Medical Social Worker Joe Kohls why its important to have a plan in place.
Kohls will go into more detail on how people of any age can and should get their plan in place on Tuesday night.
